Hot cross buns


You know I had never even considered making my own hot cross buns until this year. But after my success with cinnamon rolls (which I am yet to blog, sorry), I thought that I would give them a go.

Oh yum. I will never buy them again. I like them so much better without the 'peel'. Plus the whole eating them fresh from the oven thing is pretty good too.

I am not sure that there will be any left by COB.
